Abstract
In the article problems of managing regulation and quality of enterprises competitiveness of agro-industrial complex (АIC) on internal and external markets are considered. Agriculture, food and processing industry remain uncompetitive and potentially unprotected on different levels of a legislative framework. Focus on enhancing current budgets income of all levels is destructive and contradictory it leads to the decline of agriculture. It is proposed to revise the legislative framework of taxation of subjects of the agrarian sphere, which requires improvement. It will allow corresponding to international standards. In the article recommendations the use of several external market segments for domestic goods exportation are provided. These recommendations will improve the positions of competitive products.
