Abstract
The digitalization process has made an impact on the copyright fundamentals, which causes raising the issue of permanence of such instruments with regards to public libraries and archives as the principle of exhaustion of right, digitization of hard copies of works, WIPO actions aimed at the adoption of an international act on the regulation of activities of libraries including electronic ones. In the article, the authors have performed a study and tried to answer the questions raised.
