Despite the stated in the strategic documents of the majority of states and international intergovernmental organizations the desire to resolve conflicts peacefully, the results prediction of possible conflicts remains an important task and can help to make military and political decisions more objectively. In this article, the authors have set the task of proposing a methodological approach to determining the level of conflict of interstate relations, which should be implemented in the process of stafe military management training. By combining different techniques, it is intended to determine the likely focus of a possible conflict and predict its possible outcomes. The authors propose a number of their own scientific and methodological achievements, which determines the prospects for further research, monitoring and forecasting of the level of military danger by neighboring countries.
