Abstract

The article analyzes the procedure for concluding a contract with a management organization in the context of the specifics of the subject composition and the management model of an apartment building chosen by the owners, the cases of early termination of contractual relations are investigated. Special attention is paid to the transitional period of the management of the house when the management organization changes. The author proposed to clarify and detail the legal and factual basis for the management of apartment buildings.
