Abstract
This article presents a comprehensive approach to analyzing the life cycles of companies using the methodology of Ichak Adizes and alternative theories of organizational development. The significance of this study lies in the necessity for effective management of company life cycles to ensure their sustainable development. The hypothesis posits that integrating Adizes’ methodology with alternative development theories will enable efficient management of company life cycles, streamline processes, and facilitate informed strategic decision-making at each stage of development. The study aims to assess the applicability of various alternative theories across different stages of the company life cycle, identifying their advantages and disadvantages, and determining potential scenarios for synthesizing these theories with Adizes’ methodology. The results obtained will contribute to recommendations for optimizing company life cycle management and enhancing their competitiveness in the market.
