Abstract

The article identifies the factors contributing to the evolutionary development of management systems of business structures and substantiates their necessity for the formation of the institutional environment and modern business processes. The factors that are both common and unique for the management systems of business structures in the context of business processes are identified and analyzed: territorial, socio-economic, institutional, informational, financial. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the development and justification of the stages of the formation of the management system of business structures (origin, increase, maturity, crisis).
