Abstract

The article defines the features of the formation of a rating management system for business structures and substantiates the need for its use to identify business-critical problems. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the development of an algorithm for modeling the rating management system of business structures in the conditions of modern business processes. The essence of the model lies in the effective use of interaction features, starting with the formation of expectations of the problem itself in relation to the business structure, to the exclusion of the possibility of its recurrence in the business process and thereby the formation of closed cycles. To compare the management systems of business structures, alerts and thresholds for them are determined, and an example of an alert management system of an entrepreneurial structure based on its regional specialization is presented.
