Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is basic research to develop a model of a Capstone design instruction.
 Method: Method of study to solve the research challenges is to execute analysis of literature, case study and the demand of each of learners, trainers and industries. And the core capabilities of the capstone design and draft the capstone design instruction model are designed. To verify the adequacy of the study, individual expert interview, 리커트 5 point scale and Content Validity Index assessment were conducted and modified and supplemented based on opinions of the experts.
 Results: The result of the study which were derived according to this research procedure, are as follows. The core capabilities of the Capstone design were organized into 9 elements with knowledge, skills and attitudes.
 Conclusion: This study proposed the development of a program to strengthen instructor capabilities based on the core competencies of capstone design instructors, breaking away from the existing lecture-style class, workshop, or special lecture.
