Abstract

The article substantiates the need to introduce new technologies to counter cybercrime and money laundering obtained by criminal means. Foreign experience in law enforcement cooperation both within the country and between other countries (communication point, computer software, system programs, etc.) is being studied, as well as proposals are being made to effectively combat cybercrime.
