Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence of the concept of politics in the context of interaction with law. Analyzing the features of the genealogy of the word politics, it was proved that, with the exception of the Armenian language, politics in a number of languages, even from the point of view of word usage, has the same meaning.
