Abstract

The activity of Creative unions in Kazakhstan is closely connected with the history of the formation and development of Soviet civilization. The article deals with the activities of Union writers and journalists in the Soviet system of culture. Despite their activities within the fraework of Soviet ideological requirements, the contribution of Kazakh writers and journalists to the development of national culture is huge. It is noted that in the 70-80 years of the last century there were positive trends and changes, the main attention was paid to the quality of literary works of professional and creative culture of writers. The peculiarites of the formation of the phenomenon of Kazakhstan's “sixties”, the creativity of its outstanding representatives are analyzed. The organizational and creative work of the Union journalists on improving their professional, political and cultural level in the 1957-1970s, during which they improved their skills and promoted the best literary works were evaluated.
