Abstract

This article is about basic models of smart metering power systems for 0,4 kV consumers. The authors analyzed Federal Law’s № 522-FL influence on power metering systems structure and paid attention on main problems in system developing. There are typical solutions for smart metering systems for 0,4 kV consumers made by «Mir» Inc, based on three-level and two-level architecture. The authors identified benefits of twolevel smart power metering architecture. They presented the implementation results of pilot project based on GSM-gateway power meter in PAO «Rosseti».
