Abstract

The issues of innovation management are of particular importance in the conditions of an innovative economy, which is an actual global trend that transforms all economic processes and gives economic entities long-term competitive advantages. This article is devoted to the analysis of the current stage of development of approaches to innovation management in organizations. In a dynamic and competitive business environment, the importance of innovation as a key factor in the successful development of organizations becomes indisputable. The article explores how modern organizations adapt to constantly changing market requirements and technological innovations, moving to a new stage of innovation management. The evolution of traditional approaches to innovation management is analyzed and the fundamental changes taking place at the present stage are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the integration of innovations into the strategic management of the organization, the formation of an innovative culture and the creation of an adaptive environment for the development and implementation of new ideas.
