Abstract

The article focuses on the possibility of practical application of the scheme of replacing stabilitron with smooth adjustment of the stabilization voltage and temperature correction of its parameters depending on external conditions. A typical stabilitron connection scheme does not provide for special current compensation, and, in the case of an avalanche-like increase in the stabilitron current, the temperature coefficient of the stabilization voltage (α U st) also increases. For low-power stabilitrones, it seems reasonable to compensate for the variation of their α U st by special methods. A practical scheme is proposed, with the help of which it became possible to solve the problem of stabilization of low voltages with the possibility of smoothly adjusting stabilization voltage, which can be made in the range from 1.2 to 7 V.
