Этническая мозаика Енбекшильдерья: о дружбе народов в Северном Казахстане

Abstract

This article will focus on the residents of the Birzhan Sal district and the Akmola region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In Soviet times, the district was called Enbekshilder and was part of the Kokchetav region of the Kazakh SSR. The article highlights the issues of the formation of the ethnic composition of the population of this region, interethnic relations. The main sources are materials of interviews collected by the author personally in 2018–2022; clerical and statistical documents.
