Abstract

The article proves that an effective tool for the formation of professionally competent teachers is a practically oriented approach to the organization of the educational process in Universities. The special place of industrial practice in the system of vocational training of future primary education teachers is emphasized, during which the “immersion” takes place in the professional environment. In higher education there are several approaches to practice-oriented learning. Some practice-oriented education is associated with the organization of the student's educational, industrial and undergraduate practice in order to immerse him in a professional environment, to relate his idea of the profession to the requirements of the real state of modern education. Others consider the most effective implementation of vocational learning technologies that help students to develop personal qualities that are important for future professional activity, as well as knowledge, skills and competences that ensure the quality of fulfilling the functional responsibilities of their chosen specialty. In today's context, the New Ukrainian School is the optimal model of interaction between higher education institutions and primary schools, which will provide quality of professional training for future elementary school teachers, it has become the Primary School Pedagogical Laboratory. It creates opportunities for engaging students in practical professional activity through the closest possible approach to the real conditions of the future profession. It is also a new educational space that is comfortable for every student. As a result of the activity, the Teachers Laboratory of Elementary Education demonstrated objective grounds and innovative potential for improving the quality of training of future teachers to work under the conditions of the New Elementary School.
