Abstract
본 논문에서는 기술이전의 단계별 관리역량이 기술이전 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 분석한다. 기술이전 단계는 기술이전의 플로우(flow) 관점에서 기술개발 관리 단계, 보유기술 이전 단계, 사후지원 관리 단계 등의 3단계로 구분하였다. 이러한 단계 구분에 의하여, 기존 공공연구기관의 기술이전 연구에서 집중적으로 다루어지지 않았던 기술개발 관리역량 및 사후관리 대응역량 등에 대하여 실증적인 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과에 의하면, 공공연구기관의 기술개발 관리역량, 보유기술 관리역량, 기술이전 이후의 사후관리 대응역량이 모두 기술이전 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 기술이전 단계에 따라 공공연구기관의 기술이전 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 실효적인 방안을 제시함으로써, 결과적으로 우리나라의 기술개발 역량과 국가 경제 발전을 위한 정책 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
