Abstract

The stressfulness of the performance of district police officers causes the occurrence of a syndrome of professional burnout of employees. In this regard, special measures of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of self-control are required as one of the main personal resources for the prevention and overcoming of professional burnout by district police officers. An effective method aimed at developing the self-control of district police officers is a specially organized training designed to promote the psychological recovery of employees and, ultimately, increase satisfaction with their professional activities, increase psychological well-being at work and reduce professional burnout.
 The article proposes a training program for the development of self-control as a personal resource for overcoming professional burnout.
