Abstract
최근 들어 중요성 및 소요성이 증가되고 있는 능동 위상배열 안테나장치의 송수신모듈 자동화 측정 방안 및 위상/크기 보정 알고리즘에 관해 연구하였다. 송수신모듈은 송신부와 수신부로 구성되어 있으며 자동화 시험장비(ATE, Automated Test Equipment)를 통해 별도의 시험 구성 변경 없이 모든 시험이 가능하도록 스위치 매트릭스 및 계측기 간 통신을 이용하여 설계 및 제작되었다. 자동화 시험 진행 시 균일한 환경을 제공하기 위해 수냉식 냉각장치를 이용하였으며 ATE 운용을 위한 절차를 수립하여 시험 항목의 추가 및 삭제를 쉽도록 사용자 중심의 GUI(Graiphic User Interface)를 제작하였다. 자동화 측정 시간은 수동 측정과 비교하여 약 3.8배의 시간 단축을 확보하였으며 위상/크기 보정 알고리즘을 이용하여 위상 오차 ±6° 이내, 크기 오차 ±1dBSUBp-p/SUB이내로 측정되는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
