Abstract

The article examines the problem of artistic communication as an important factor for the successful management in the work with the pupil art groups. The author proves: joint music-performance activity and dialogic artistic-empathic communication are the basis of collective artistic interaction. A number of pedagogical principles of leading musical groups in the context of productive relationships are proposed: voluntariness, creative activity, children's artistic creativity, positive interdependence, empathy, using playful forms in work, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of each student, availability materials of music, harmonization of all types of artistic activities.
