Abstract
The article examines the theoretical aspects of the conceptual framework and legal regulation of forensic examination. It also addresses systemic problems in criminal procedural activities that can lead to violations of the rights of parties involved in criminal proceedings related to the commissioning of examinations. The article proposes improvements to criminal procedural legislation in the field of forensic examination commissioning and conduct and suggests ways to increase the effectiveness of forensic activities.
