Abstract
The influence of the structural material of heat exchange pipes and the contact thermal resistance of the heat transfer surface on the intensity of heat exchange is considered. An approach to the determination of contact thermal resistance is proposed. The necessity of taking into account the contact thermal resistance in the design of heat exchangers is shown
