Abstract

The article analyzes and evaluates the property complex of an enterprise as the basis for its long-term functioning, taking into account the optimal structure that ensures uninterrupted operation for sustainable development. The growth of the market value of all types of property is an indicator of the expansion and scaling of the organization’s activities, which makes it more competitive in the industry market. The study substantiates the relevance of a comprehensive study of this aspect of the organization’s activities, its main features, criteria and structure, a systematic analysis of the property complex is carried out using the example of the educational institution as a hybrid enterprise that receives resources in the non-commercial form of transfers and subsidies, and as a result of business activities from the sale of services and the use of assets. Bottlenecks and problems of rational use of the property complex of the educational organization are identified and ways of their solution and optimization are proposed.
