Abstract
У статті розкрито сутність понять “традиційне навчання”, “інноваційне навчання”, “освітні інновації”. Встановлено, що освітні інновації в системі вищої освіти можуть реалізовуватися у змісті освіти; формах, методах, технологіях процесу навчання і виховання; системі управління освітою. При підготовці педагогічних кадрів у ВНЗ доцільно проводити такі види лекцій, як лекцію-візуалізацію, лекцію із заздалегідь запланованими помилками, лекцію прес-конференцію тощо.
