Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the role of diagnostic procedures and digitalization in the personnel management system. The authors substantiate the use of diagnostics of the personnel management system in the context of managerial and analytical functions, which primarily rely on the analysis and use of various HR tools and methods in the digital personnel management system. At the same time, digitalization is achieved through the introduction of highly automated personnel management information systems, analysis of personnel management subsystems and approval procedures that form the digital operating model of the organization.
