Abstract

Issues of sustainable socio-economic regional development are considered. Socio-economic and environmental ratings of the regions are analyzed. It is concluded that the region’s position should serve as a clear trigger for making operational, tactical, strategic management decisions and adjusting regional policy in the context of determining “points of growth” and “points of decline”. Recommendations for regional management teams are highlighted.
