Abstract

The article discusses the current state of the personnel support procedure in personnel management. Special attention is paid to the study of the problems of professional development of managerial personnel in the conditions of intensive development of the processes of digitalization of the company’s economic activities. The author considers possible theoretical approaches to solving the problem of ensuring the effectiveness of professional education in personnel management due to the universal theoretical base determined by scientific and pedagogical principles. Based on the results of the work, a scientific proposal was formulated for the introduction of a combined approach to the organization of professional education procedures in the field of personnel management, taking into account the use of digital technologies, into the corporate system (small enterprises) of personnel training.
