Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the gradual replacement of hierarchical integration structures with network ones, which allows participants to form additional synergistic effects. This trend requires the development of new management methods for complex polysubject formations that unite diverse participants. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodology of adaptive management of industrial ecosystems, through the directed distribution of income generated by additional synergistic effects. The research methodology is based on the model of performance index normalization, which allows the subject of management to set the priority and levels of change in the income of participants in the integration network structure. The results of the study make it possible to assess the structure and dynamics of the income allocation of the integrative structure participants, to draw a conclusion about the distribution of income received through synergistic effects with a obvious asymmetry. The obtained results of ranking the change in the share of income based on the parameter of measuring the increase in the share of income made it possible to compare the existing values with the reference ranking of the increase in income within the framework of compliance with two strategic vectors for the development of integrative structures: commercial feasibility and development of the territory.
