An important place in the article is given to the review of the labor market of the EAEU countries and identification of the main problems, among which: the widening gap between supply and demand, skilled labor, the aggravation of the employment problems of certain socio-demographic groups of the population, the increase in the flow of labor migration from the EAEU member states to the Russian Federation, Lack of a common information base on employment issues of the EAEU member countries

В статье проводится анализ современного состояния рынка труда и проблем рынка труда, среди которых авторы особенно выделяют: несбалансированность рынка; наличие ограничений, в том числе и правовых, уменьшающих реальные возможности мобильности работоспособного населения; монополизированная экономика в некоторых странах, за счет которой работодатели продолжительное время диктуют свои условия труда работникам, и проч. В статье приводятся рекомендации по преодолению проблем рынка труда (развитие трудового обмена между странами-участницами на взаимовыгодной основе; регулирование и активизация взаимодействия между образовательными учреждениями и государством, компаниями; расширение полномочий отдела трудовых ресурсов, входящего в состав Департамента трудовой миграции и социальной защиты ЕЭК (Евразийская экономическая комиссия); создание информационной базы по вопросам занятости населения и вакансий в странах ЕАЭС). В этой связи нужно отметить, что сегодня эффективных механизмов использования трудовых ресурсов не создано, появляются новые и обостряются существующие проблемы в сфере занятости, растет уровень реальной безработицы, в том числе и среди молодежи
