Abstract
The work analyzes Russian legislation on the issue of bringing to justice persons with privileges in law, describes the algorithm for bringing judges to administrative responsibility as subjects with immunities in law, identifies the problems caused by the complicated mechanism of bringing judges to justice, provides the author’s structure of administrative and legal immunity of judges, concludes and provides confirmation statistical data indicate that it is necessary to review the procedure for bringing judges to administrative responsibility..
