Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the victim's behavior in family and domestic conflicts, both in the commission of administrative offenses and criminal acts committed on domestic grounds. The scientific work analyzes theoretical approaches to the concept of "domestic crime". The author examines the characteristic features of this category of crimes. The reasons for the growth of domestic crimes and the decrease in their detection rate are highlighted, among which special attention is paid to the role and behavior of the victim. The forms of culpable behavior of the victim are subjected to a separate analysis. The article pays considerable attention to the study of statistical data and legal practice in criminal and administrative cases. Special attention is paid to the study of the impact of the victim's behavior on the high latency of domestic crimes. Based on the information received, the author makes recommendations for the prevention of this category of crimes.
