Abstract

This scientific article examines the application of legal drafting techniques in domestic legislation. The study includes a literature review, identification of key methods and techniques of legal drafting, and emphasizes the importance of studying these fundamentals in higher education institutions to prepare students for practice-oriented professional activities. In addition, the article presents the results of a survey conducted among university students, focusing on the challenges related to gaining experience in drafting legal documents or normative legal acts during their studies. It is noted that the study of legal drafting techniques in universities can enhance the quality of education and prepare highly qualified personnel for activities related to the writing of legal documents and legislative texts. The work is of practical importance for educational institutions of higher education and specialists in the field of law and pedagogy.
