Abstract

ملخص البحث: تم في هذا البحث إجراء دراسة تحليلية حول استراتيجيات تنمية الموارد البشرية فيما يتعلق بالخبرة والمستوى التعليمي والمستوى الوظيفي وأثر تطويرها في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات. وقد تضمنت دراسة وتحليل واقع تدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية والمستوى الوظيفي، وواقع الجودة الشاملة في شرکة الهيملايا إنترناشونال بالقاهرة حيث تم توزيع استبيان مؤلف من ثلاثة محاور أساسية على عينة من العاملين وبلغ عددهم 52 عامل، وتم التحقق من إمکانية وجود علاقة تربط بين الاستراتيجيات المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية والجودة الشاملة وکيفية تحقيق ذلک. تم إجراء المقابلة وطرح مجموعة من الأسئلة تم من خلالها التوصل إلى نقاط قوة لها تأثير جيد في الحصول على المنتجات بالجودة المطلوبة، ونقاط ضعف لابد من معالجتها من أجل الوصول إلى الهدف المنشود من البحث. The study included analysis of the reality of training and human resources development, job level and the reality of the overall quality in the Himalaya international company in Cairo. Where he was the author of three basic axes questionnaire was distributed to a sample of workers in Himalaya international company numbered 52 workers, was checked by the possibility of a relationship between strategies, human resources and overall quality and how to achieve it. In the Himalaya international company has been conducting interviews and ask a series of questions through which to reach strengths have a good effect in getting products required quality, and weaknesses that must be addressed in the company's order processing and access to the desired goal of search.
