Abstract

The article considers the methodological approach to strategic planning of human capital in the agrarian sector. The theoretical model of strategic planning of formation and use of human capital is constructed, taking into account the specifics of the industry, and includes the goal, objectives, scientific methods of solution, tools for achieving the goal and the expected result. In the process of the research, the peculiarities of human capital of the agrarian sector complicating the strategic planning of its formation were determined. Based on the analysis of various methodological approaches, the scheme is defined and the algorithm of the methodology of strategic planning of human capital development in the agrarian sector, including six stages, is presented. A special place is given to the analysis of educational activity in the industry in the context of employee categories and measures to improve it as the main condition for strategic human capital development.
