Abstract
The work considers the main categories of national projects of Russia 2019–2024 at the regional level. An assessment of the effects and consequences of the implementation of regional projects taking into account regional specifics and financial resources is given. The article shows the development indicators lag behind the planned goals as a result of a decrease in the number due to natural population decline, a decrease in real incomes of citizens, and the preservation of a high level of poverty of the population. The problem of coordination of regional projects with the current federal and regional programs and strategies for socio-economic development has been updated. The impact of the pandemic of coronavirus infection on the implementation of national projects in the Far East is analyzed.

Summary
Первые 4 национальных проекта («Образование», «Здоровье», «Жильё», «Развитие АПК») были предложены в Послании Президента РФ В. Фактически эти национальные проекты являлись основой предвыборной программы Д. В составе которых несколько указов фактически заменили собой и расширили перечень национальных проектов: «О мероприятиях по реализации государственной социальной политики»1, «О совершенствовании государственной политики в сфере здравоохранения»2, «О мерах по реализации государственной политики в области образования и науки»3, «О мерах по обеспечению граждан Российской Федерации доступным и комфортным жильём и повышению качества жилищно-коммунальных услуг»4, «О мерах по реализации демографической политики Российской Федерации»5. Результаты реализации этих указов широко освещались в медиа, контролировались Администрацией Президента РФ и российским правительством, но полностью их цели и задания выполнены не были. Каждому национальному проекту соответствовали федеральные проекты, выполнение которых по замыслу должно обеспечить достижение задач национального проекта
