Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analysis the risk factors of coronary artery disease(CAD) in preand post-menopausal women based on exercise habits. The subjects were 172 women, which was divided into four groups, this is, exercise group & non-exercise group to pre- and post-menopausal women. The attained data was analyzed the difference it by the independent t-test and ANOVA to post hoc with LSD with the level of significant 1% & 5%. The results of the study can be attained in the followings ; First, it was shown the significant difference between exercise and non-exercise group to exercise habit in %Fat. Second, it was shown the significant difference between exercise and non-exercise group to pre- & post-menopausal women in SBP, %Fat, TC, LDL-C, TG, AI. Third, it was shown the significant difference between pre-menopausal exercise group, post-menopausal exercise group, pre-menopausal non-exercise group and post-menopausal non-exercise group to exercise habit in SBP and difference between post-menopausal exercise group, pre-menopausal non-exercise group, post-menopausal exercise group and pre-menopausal non-exercise group to exercise habit in %Fat. Also, it was shown the significant difference between pre-menopausal exercise group, pre-menopausal non-exercise group and post-menopausal exercise group, post-menopausal exercise group to exercise habit in TC, LDL-C, TG, AI.
