Abstract

The results of the analysis of the impact of the transfer of the Southern Bus Station (Yekaterinburg) on the change in the existing passenger traffic are presented. The main criterion of the impact of the transfer of the bus station is described: transport accessibility. One of the important indicators of the effectiveness of the route network being created is transport accessibility, considered as a temporary standard for moving from one point to another. This indicator reflects the degree of satisfaction of the population with transport services. The main features of the assessment of transport accessibility are presented. Transport accessibility during the movement of passengers on intercity trips and movement on public transport of the city in the urban transport system is analyzed. The analysis of intercity trips revealed the main roads of traffic to the city. The distances and travel times for each of the options for moving to the bus station before and after the transfer are calculated. The main results of the analysis of intercity trips are described. In the analysis of the part of urban passenger transport, the distance and travel time to the bus station before and after the transfer from various points of the city are calculated. The analysis of public transport for each district and the city as a whole was carried out. The main results of calculations for each district are given and the average indicator for the city is described. The main results of the analysis of intercity treips and urban public transport are described.
