Abstract
<p><em>The article presents the process of holding and analyzing the results of the XIX International Scientific and Practical Conference &ldquo;Teacher of the Future in the Focus of Dialogue of Sciences and Educational Practices&rdquo;, organized as part of the Year of Teacher and Mentor in the Russian Federation, which took place on July 4-5, 2023 at the Federal State Budgetary Institution &ldquo;Psychological Institute RAO&rdquo;. The tasks and directions of the professional and personal development of the teacher, who is able to prepare students for the still unknown day of tomorrow, to help them enter the trajectory of self-determination and self-realization, were discussed. The problems and barriers development of educational subjects and their technological solutions were analyzed. The key role of the personal and professional development of the teacher in regulating the interaction of participants in the educational process on the basis of knowledge and culture of interpersonal relations for the development of individual abilities of schoolchildren is justified. The results of the conference are considered in the context of solving the theoretical and practical problem &mdash; the determination of favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions for the personal and professional development of the teacher of the future as a convergence of national traditions of Russian education, modern scientific knowledge and innovative technologies.</em></p>
