Abstract

The findings in this study confirm an inverse relationship between mindfulness levels and professional burnout among computer science teachers. However, the hypothesis regarding differences in burnout levels based on the degree of perfectionism was not supported. It is crucial to actively foster mindfulness among teachers to mitigate the risk of professional burnout.
