Abstract

In this article, the platform approach to organizing access to the court is considered as providing citizens and organizations with the opportunity to carry out almost all organizational and procedural actions without being physically present in the courthouse. The organizational and legal forms of legal proceedings with the use of remote access technologies are considered in the context of a systematic change in procedural rules that consolidate the electronic format of legal proceedings and allow participation in the court session by using personal technical means of communication.
