Abstract
The legal regime of coastal territories adjacent to water bodies is considered. Legislative regulation of the use and protection of land and land plots on coastal territories is analyzed, actual problems of establishment and realization of their legal regime are revealed. The tendencies of changes in environmental, land, water, legislation establishing requirements for the use of coastal territories are highlighted. On the basis of studying the current legislation and materials of prosecutor’s practice the conclusions about necessity of improvement of legal regulation of use and protection of coastal territories are made.
