Abstract
Foreign influences on the Chinese pianism are diversified, which hampers integration of the acquired experience in the modern Chinese piano education. Analysing the existing periodization of the Chinese piano culture, the author systematizes the “waves” of influence, and it allows him to reveal the adopted non-integrated approaches to professional piano education and to propose a mechanism for their integration into the comprehensive pedagogical system: technical basis, analytical approach to the compositions under study, scientific and theoretical basis of teaching, studying brilliant examples of piano performance.
