Development of academic mobility of students affects the optimization of interethnic relations among young people. Developed program of socio-psychological training is an integral part of the training of university teachers to provide psychological support for the academic mobility among students. The effectiveness of this psychological support is confirmed by the positive dynamics of the results of an empirical study. The reliability of the data obtained is proved by retest diagnostics and the results of factor analysis.
