Abstract
With a view of improvement of the actual criminal law and juridical practice in the sphere of budget funds misapplication the author has analyzed the issues connected with the subject of the mentioned crime elaborated the suggestions for formulating or changing of the notions of official person state and municipal organizations the subject of this corpus delicti studied the personality features of those criminals.
