Abstract

Abstract. The dynamic frequency characteristic of the electric power system in the case of imbalance as a result of a change in generating capacity and the absence of a reserve is constructed. A simulation model of the electric power system has been developed based on object-oriented analysis, which makes it possible to analyze the operation and reaction of the electric power system as a result of the impact of disturbances to ensure the possibility of system operability under certified conditions. As a simulation model, an information model and diagrams of transitions to the states of objects were made, reflecting the interaction of objects, which are an abstract reflection of real electrical installations of the power system.
