Abstract
The data on two emergency launches of space rockets in 1975 and in 2015 under the manned programs of the USSR and Russia are analyzed. On the base of the data analysis concerning the external manifestation and the course of two emergencies, a hypothesis is proposed about the possibility of their single cause, which is associated with the fl ows of charged particles that overcame the Earth's protective radiation belts and could lead to accidents during the launches of Soyuz and Progress spacecraft.
