Abstract
The presented article discusses programs and practices of state support for youth entrepreneurship, forms of participation of youth business incubators in the system of development of youth innovative projects and initiatives, examples are given. An overview of a number of modern grant competitions is presented that stimulate the development of youth startups with state support and within the framework of national projects of our country, as well as implemented jointly with educational programs of institutions of higher professional education. Some theoretical research of domestic researchers in the field of research of factors stagnating the development of youth entrepreneurship is summarized. The need to scale up the activities of youth business incubators as one of the possible practical solutions in the field of overcoming deprivation barriers to the activation of youth entrepreneurial initiatives has been actualized.
