Abstract

The article substantiates the importance of developing the human potential of company employees for shaping the conditions for the transition to noonomics through the prism of such a phenomenon as a corporate university. The purpose of the article is to evaluate the role and functions of modern corporate universities in Russia. The article analyzes theoretical approaches to the role and place of corporate universities, analyzes the opinions of experts in the field of Russian corporate education on the role and functions of corporate universities, and describes three models of corporate universities in companies with different positioning of a person in strategic planning documents.
