Abstract

Psychological and subjective well-being of a person is directly related to his emotional and behavioral health. Economic instability, growth of armed conflicts, terrorist acts and other social disasters have jeopardized the psychological well-being of a person and social society as a whole. To successfully adapt to modern living conditions in a rapidly changing society, it is necessary not only to deepen your knowledge and professional experience, but also to improve oneself as a person. In these conditions, emotional intelligence is one of the resources that ensure the development of personality and a factor contributing to the success of a person in various aspects of life, including in the professional sphere. Successful self-realization of a person is an integral part of self-improvement and human development. Emotional intelligence is often considered as one of the conditions contributing to the formation of human well-being as a whole: in a professional, family, personal context. In addition, emotional intelligence and human well-being are factors of stability and well-being of society. The comprehensive assessment of the problem of subjective well-being in conjunction with various levels of human activity, including emotional intelligence is as necessary as scientific development of issues related to overcoming stress with the formation of psychological and subjective well-being of the individual.
