Abstract

This study examined the relationship between motor image, exercise immersion, and exercise persistence in elderly tennis exercise participants in the exercise execution stage. Using the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical packages, descriptive statistics, search factor analysis, confirmation reliability analysis, factor analysis, structural equation model analysis, and correlation. N analyses were performed to understand the study purpose. Based on the derived results, the following conclusions were drawn. First, we found that the motor image of elderly tennis participants had a positive effect on exercise commitment. Second, it was found that the motor image of the elderly tennis player has a positive effect on the will to continue the exercise. Third, it was found that exercise commitment of elderly tennis participants had a positive effect on the continuous formation of exercise. Fourth, the partial mediating effect of exercise commitment was statistically verified in the relationship between the motor image of the elderly tennis player and the will to continue the exercise.
